SSC CHSL Recruitment 2025 Announced

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced approximately 3,131 tentative vacancies for the posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Data Entry Operator (DEO), and Data Entry Operator (Grade ‘A’) across various government ministries. Eligible candidates can apply online from 23rd June to 18th July 2025 on the official SSC website, ssc.gov.in. The SSC CHSL 2025 Tier-I examination is scheduled to be conducted from 8th to 18th September 2025, followed by Tier-II in February–March 2026.

SSC CHSL Eligibility Criteria 2025 

Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as of 01-01-2026 to apply for SSC CHSL Recruitment 2025. A 12th pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board is required for all posts, including LDC, JSA, and DEO. Students appearing for their 12th exams may also apply, provided they submit proof of passing before the cutoff date. The age limit for applicants is between 18 and 27 years as of 01-01-2026, with age relaxations applicable for reserved categories.

The Selection Process for SSC CHSL Recruitment 2025 is conducted in multiple stages to shortlist the most suitable candidates. SSC CHSL Salary 2025 

SSC CHSL Recruitment 2025 offers competitive pay scales across different posts. Candidates selected as Lower Division Clerk (LDC) and Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) will be placed under Pay Level-2, earning a salary between ₹19,900 and ₹63,200 per month. For the post of Data Entry Operator (DEO), the salary falls under Pay Level-4, ranging from ₹25,500 to ₹81,100. Meanwhile, candidates appointed as Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’ will be eligible for Pay Level-5, receiving a monthly salary between ₹29,200 and ₹92,300.
